willismorris is an innovative advisory practice created by a group of professionals in London in 1999.  Each of the founding members has experience within a large professional services practice coupled with practical, hands-on experience of running and managing a business.

Our advisory practice is committed to solving complex problems that enable organizations to increase their bottom line profits. 

We do this through looking at people and leadership, markets and customers, supply chain and logistic, technology and finance and key business enablers.

Most of our professional staff individually have over 20 years experience in small business management, strategy development, internal audit, risk management, internal control and compliance. So, though as an organisation we may be new, we have a long and experienced history.
